ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER

Hello! My name is Lauren and I am passionate about capturing memories. 

I live with my husband, two young children, our dog Phoebe our cat Max. My hobbies include photography, music, theatre, watching sunsets, exploring nature, and cuddling on the couch with my kids.


I have always been interested in photography, from developing photo's in my high school dark room to capturing the smiles of my very own children. I explored this further when I delved into some in studio work in my early 20's, following with multiple years being Santa's official photographer and some freelance photography here and there. It wasn't until I had kids of my own that I found my true passion: family photography. ​It became a dream of mine to have my own photography business, and I decided that 2019 would be the year I started seriously pursuing that dream.

My approach to capturing people & their loved ones is discovering that one of a kind connection. This speaks wonders through a lens and it is a privilege to be able to capture somebody in a moment of pure emotion. 

What to expect with me as your photographer? Expect that you will be greeted with a smile, and a warm welcome. We will explore together, doing what comes naturally to you as a family and I will endeavour to capture that one of a kind connection you all share.
